Michael is the Co-Founder and Executive Director of Camden Case Management, where he leads with a commitment to collaborative, client-centered care. As a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in the treatment and care coordination of individuals struggling with mental health and addiction challenges—including mood and personality disorders, complex trauma and neurodivergence—he has dedicated his career to bridging the gap between clinical expertise and structured case management. Trained in Somatic Experiencing, NeuroAffective Relational Model™, CBT, Psychodyanmic-Psychoanalytic Therapy and DBT, Michael brings a holistic and relational approach to supporting individuals and families. His leadership ensures that Camden Case Management provides high-touch, team-based case management, integrating clinical, medical, and community resources to create sustainable, empowering solutions for clients and their families.  With a focus on innovation, accessibility, and long-term stability, Michael is committed to shaping a new standard of care that provides clarity, structure, and guidance for individuals and their families navigating complex mental health and wellness challenges.

Brookelyn Hall brings over 14 years of managerial experience across a diverse range of industries, including case management, health insurance, and private sector business operations. As Managing Director of Camden Case Management, she plays a key role in driving the company’s growth through customized business development strategies and operational leadership. Brookelyn is currently pursuing a dual master’s degree—an MBA in Strategy and an MLS (Master of Legal Studies) in Corporate and Healthcare Compliance—through which she will also earn her certification from the Compliance Certification Board.

Cody is a seasoned operational leader, drawing from extensive managerial experience across industries. His expertise in business administration, team coordination, staff recruitment, client relations, event planning, and financial oversight drives organizational success through strategic planning and execution. By utilizing a data-driven approach to program design and a collaborative approach with leadership, Cody fosters Camden Case Management programs tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients.

Yasmine Khoushab, LMFT, earned her master’s in marriage and family therapy from Pepperdine University. She specializes in anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use, integrating EMDR, grief and loss work, and Reiki into her practice.

With experience as a clinical manager and primary therapist in residential treatment, Yasmine now serves as the Clinical Case Management Supervisor at Camden Case Management, providing guidance to case managers and ensuring quality care through supervision and consultations.

After earning her degree in neuroscience and social psychology from Stanford University, Natalie discovered her passion for helping people unlock their full potential through a combination of clinical expertise and emotional support. With a proven history of guiding clients toward achieving their goals and gaining independence, Natalie leads Case Management teams with empathy and a deep understanding of human behavior, ensuring that clients are well-equipped with a robust support system designed to help them thrive and build the life they’ve always wanted.

With a passion for Jungian Psychology and Narrative Therapy, Max explores how personal experiences and storytelling shape behavior. As a mentor at Camden Case Management for the past two years, he has guided clients through mental health challenges, behavioral difficulties, and addictions. Now, as Supervisor of the Mentor Department, he supports a team dedicated to providing thoughtful, individualized care.
