You can reach out via our contact form, email, or by calling us directly. During this first conversation, we take the time to learn as much as we can about the needs of the individual and/or family who will be receiving services. We aim to make this process as simple and quick as possible, ensuring we guide you toward the right support from the very start.
Guided Consultation
Get your questions answered and discuss financial options.
This step is about transparency. After the initial contact, we’ll connect you with our Director of Operations. They will provide detailed information about the program, answer any questions you may have, and discuss financial arrangements. As a private-pay organization, we do not work with insurance, and each of our services has different fees. We take the time to listen to your story, understand your unique situation, and ensure our services align with your needs and budget.
Week-by-Week Agreement
Receive a clear, week-by-week financial agreement for review and signature.
Once all details are confirmed, our Managing Director will work with the billing department to prepare a financial agreement. Unlike traditional contracts, we provide a week-by-week plan that outlines the financial commitment. This agreement will be sent to the financial guarantor for review and signature. We aim to make this process straightforward and flexible, ensuring it works for your unique situation.
Meet Your Team
Introductions to the team supporting your loved one.
After the financial agreement is signed, we’ll introduce you to the team members who will be working directly with your loved one. If family members or other loved ones are involved, they’ll also have the opportunity to meet the team. This step ensures everyone feels comfortable, informed, and confident in the care and support being provided.
