How This Supports Therapeutic Work
Families are often central to a client’s progress. Coaching helps parents, caregivers, and families understand therapeutic goals and apply them in daily life in ways that feel sustainable. When appropriate, coaches can collaborate with the client’s therapist to ensure the family’s efforts align with the clinical plan.
Parent and Family Coaching is provided by licensed clinicians who work in close partnership with our therapist-led leadership team. Coaches coordinate regularly with case managers and the broader care team to ensure everyone is aligned and responding thoughtfully to what is unfolding.
Therapist-led oversight and weekly supervision allow the team to notice unhelpful patterns early and adjust support with care. Decisions are made collaboratively and grounded in clinical context, helping families respond more consistently without feeling they have to manage everything themselves.
Parent and Family Coaching is designed to strengthen and support therapeutic work. It does not replace therapy.
